With christmas just a week from now, everybody in Jumpcity has been busy preparing for their favorite holiday. The joy in children's laughter, the warm smiles young adults share with others and the snow that dance all around them made it seem like there was actual peace in the world. As if war and crime never existed. Well that didn't apply to the Christmas thugs.

A dangers man in a nasty beige overcoat hidden in the alley as he waited for a christmas shopper to walk pass his way. With his luck, a young woman walked happily pass the alley with her little girl who appeared to be around the age of 5. The mother carried many bags, Just what the christmas thug wanted; he grabbed the closest and biggest bag. The woman struggled to let him have it but was easily defeated. The thug started to run off.

Woman: STOP! GET BACK HERE!!

The thug never looked back and kept running. He turned around the corner of the bakery shop and found someone in his way; a teeneager with black hair that had blue highlights at the end of her hair. It went well with her blue eyes that was abnormal to have for a person who had a milky choclate skin colored. He didnt care who she was and decided to try and run past her. The girl, striked him in the stomach with her left foot. The thug didnt even have time to dodge the attack. He recover from the strike and try to land a couple of hits on her. She easily dodged his attacks. With an area open, she striked him in his nose causing the thug to fly back 5 feet from where he once stood. The girl picked up the shopping bag he dropped.

Girl: Pretty pathetic to be stealing during this time. I mean, you have to be pretty stupid to rob anybody during the time the Titans are on partol every minute.

She began to walk off; the thug was furious. He wasnt gonna let her get away with the humiliation he just went through, He took a gun from the inside of his coat and aimed it carefully at the girl's head. Just when he was about to pull the trigger, a kunai knocked the gun out of his hand. A young man around the girl's age picked him up by the collar, getting a very personal and close view of the anger that was upon his face.

Boy: Thats not very nice to point a gun at an opponent when their back is turned.

The boy tossed the thug far enough to land at the feet of a couple officers that was not to far from the corner. The boy smiled at the girl who was now stunned.

Denji: Well well well. Didnt you're father tell you not to turn your back on crooks?

Sparrow: Well that was mistake I'll try not to do it again.

Denji: Don't try, just do it.*looking serious* You could have been killed.

Sparrow:....I'm sorry.

Denji: *sigh* Dont worry about it. Just be careful okay?

Sparrow: *nods*

Denji: So what are you up to?

Sparrow: Patroling the streets with Celeste and Ink. You?

Denji: Christmas shopping for my girl.

Sparrow: Oh...um how is she?

Denji: Great. Um well..you know. Usual girlfriend kinda attitude.

Sparrow: ...No..I don't actually.

Denji: Oh I'm sorry.

Sparrow: Dont be...

Denji: Hey....wanna take a walk ?

Sparrow: Sure.

Denji and Sparrow walked pass noisey and bright stores and headed towards the open field where they use to hangout whenever either one of them was depress. Now that it was winter, the blanket of snow covered the whole field of flowers. It looked so clean and smooth. It was something you didnt want to mess up.

Sparrow: Is she really that great?

Denji: *stopped in his tracks* ? W-what?

Sparrow: *stops but doesnt face Denji* Is she really that great?

Denji: Why are you so concerned about it?

Sparrow: I just want to know.

Denji: Well, she's....I dont know. I just know that I'm crazy about her.

Sparrow: T-thats great to hear.

Denji: *walks a little closer to her* Denishia?

Sparrow: *turns around with watery eyes * Oh dont mind meh.*tries to smile*

Denji: *walks pass her*

Sparrow: *thinks to herself* Why am I acting like this? I had my chance and blew it. He told meh that he didnt have feelings for meh anymore. He's in love with Mia.No.... I have to tell him! He may not know it but I might be...just a little... DENJI! runs after Denji but trips*

Denji: *catches her before she could hit the ground* Whoa, are you okay?!

Sparrow: *stares into his eyes and felt her cheeks getting warm*

Denji:.....

Sparrow: *leans against his chest*.....Why couldn't I be the one?

Denji: W-what?

Sparrow: I said to myself "Whats the catch this time? Help meh before I get use to this guy!" All this time I was lookin for love.....many guys werent good enough. I thought I was through and said I was done and then suddenly....I fell in to your arms.... Denji. Why couldn't I be your girl?

Denji: *wrapps his arms around her* I....just couldnt handle the pain anymore.

Sparrow: But...I think I finally found the one. You're one in a million.
